We only partner with FSA approved restaurants and the vast majority take pride in their business and will be very concerned if you have a complaint. They know the importance of providing great food, getting it to you on time, creating tasty meals and loyal customers. If this is not the case we would like to hear from you.

It can be challenging preparing, cooking and delivering many meals on a busy day, however we know from experience that a partner restaurants are experts but even they occasionally get it wrong, if they do they will normally bend over backwards to help put everything right. If they don't please let us know.

We need them to send their approval before we process the refund which they can do by emailing us. If you end up in a dispute please let us know and we will rapidly get things sorted out for you.
